Please be informed that Arminak & Associates and Rexam Airspray B.V. ( “Rexam”) resolved their legal disputes. This resolution contained a confidentiality agreement. However, we can inform you that Rexam granted Arminak & Associates a license under the Rexam intellectual property to make, have made, sell, offer to sell certain products, including Arminak’s foamer pump products.
