There is little difference in people, but that little difference makes a big difference. The difference is attitude. The big difference is whether it is positive or negative. Whenever I am encountered with a challenge at work, others may think it is mission impossible, but I don’t have the word “impossible” in my dictionary. I think it is difficult but I can make it happen. This is my attitude which makes solving any problems a more pleasant experience and keeps me going towards my goal. After all, I have to say excellence is not a skill, it is an attitude.
