Packaging Engineer

9am-6pm, 40 hours/week

Perform engineering duties in designing and testing products and molding to meet standard of qualification. Review formula functionality and test packaging solutions; create conceptual and functional packaging designs; create and issue package profile and component specifications; review vendor inputs to Marketing and Design; research and keep updated on customers’ industry development and packaging technologies; approve technical drawing for unit; qualify production tools and samples; manage new package development initiatives with aesthetic goals and within budget; attend manufacturing startups to detect and solve problems.

Education and Requirement:
Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or BS in same with 5 years experience.
